We strictly do not accept any returns or provide refunds for products sold. Customers are advised to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase.
2. Product Exchange Policy
While we do not process returns or refunds, we may offer product exchanges under specific conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, as sold.
- Packaging, labels, and all accessories included in the original sale must be intact.
